A 13-year-old girl with mitral regurgitation associated with an underlying syndrome. A mid-systolic high-pitched click and a holosystolic 2/6 degree murmur can be heard. Echocardiography shows a narrow-based slight mitral regurgitation. There is no current need for medication.
