Impetigo contagiosa around the lips mixed with atopic dermatitis. The most common cause is Staphylococcus aureus. In mild cases topical antimicrobials may be sufficient for therapy, often oral antibiotics are also necessary. To prevent recurrence the front part of the nasal passages should also be treated and the appropriateness of the therapy for eczema should be verified.
