Small primum-type ASD and tricuspid regurgitation

This child is followed up for a small primum-type ASD and associated minor mitral and tricuspid regurgitations. At this point the heart shows no signs of loading on chest radiograph and echocardiography. The second heart sound is not split and the murmur is caused mainly by tricuspid regurgitation. Age 0.6 years, height 71.0 cm, weight 7.1 kg. Area of auscultation: left second ic (LIC2).
