Seborrhoeic keratosis (seborrhoeic wart) in the skin of male breast. The lesion is wart-like and crumbling and the surface feels a bit greasy. Seborrhoeic warts are sometimes itchy and may become irritated from scratching. If wanted, the lesion can be removed by curettage (video ) or liquid nitrogen cryotherapy. Curettage yield can be used for histopathologic examination if the diagnosis is unclear.
