The patient is first lying supine. Air in the bowel impairs visibility. The gallbladder becomes better visible when the patient turns on her left side. The patient was asymptomatic when examined and the wall of the gallbladder was thin, so that there were no signs of acute cholecystitis.
Cholelithiasis
