The gallbladder of a 50-year-old woman with upper abdominal pains was full of stones and no fluid was visible inside. A large acoustic shadow is visible under the gallbladder. In the beginning of the video, a normal kidney can be seen. The gallbladder comes into sight when the sound beam is directed upwards and medially.
