- Antiemetic medication reduces the frequency of nausea in early pregnancy, and pyridoxine (vitamin B6) may reduce the severity of nausea .
- Metoclopramide, ondansetron, tropisetron, dolasetron, dexamethasone, cyclizine, droperidol and granisetron are more effective than placebo for postoperative nausea and vomiting .
